Michael Armijo was caught on tape lifting multiple DVD movies from the Target store on Crestview Drive according to Rio Rancho Department of Public Safety reports. Atleast for two months he was able to watch the movies absolutely free. Target store employees told Officer Richard Koschade that they saw Michael on his bike going towards his home at 4718 Leon Grande. Officer watched the security video in which he was stealing the DVDs, showed by Store security person. Officer Koschade got Armijo’s driving license photo from the Motor Vehicle Department and determined it was the same person stealing the DVDs then the officer went to Armijo’s home and took him into custody for the warrant and when he asked Armijo about the theft, he simply said no and said he just got off probation for shoplifting.
