Dogon Group has been stimulated by YouTube to launch a pilot project in Noordhoek a year ago to analysis the value of “real movie” technology, the latest trend in global property marketing. The pilot has made available to its customers, a real taste of each property to buyers, including customers live out of the country. The Dogon Group is having a great knowledge in-house film-making, editing the high definition movies, complete with soundtracks etc. The new viewing strategy saves customers time and DVD booklet will be provided to them the customers can watch properties at home computer, laptop or televisions screens at any time. Dogon feels her company is the first in South Africa to offer this multimedia concept. Dale de Ridder, one of the company’s best agents, said “Buyers have an infinitely better impression of what it would be like to actually live in the house they are viewing, as the camera takes them around the interior, showing overviews of the rooms and details of unique features.”
